What to include

To help with investigation, include a concise description of the problem, the DonWorks Pantry version, the device model, and the Android version when relevant. Screenshots can be useful when they do not contain information you do not want to share.

Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, payment-card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Local data and backups

DonWorks Pantry is local-first. If an issue involves important local Pantry data, avoid clearing app storage or uninstalling the app until you have considered whether you need to export or otherwise preserve that data first.
